- Fees and Charges: All applicable fees, including spreads, commissions, and any other trading costs, will be transparently disclosed. You agree to pay these fees as part of your trading activity.
- Platform Use: You agree to use the trading platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Bullsouq’s policies. Any fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in account suspension or termination.
- Data Privacy: Bullsouq will collect and process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You consent to the use of your data for account management, regulatory reporting, and marketing purposes.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth by Bullsouq.
